This agreement governs the relationship between iMax IPTV (“iMax”, “we”, “us”) and every person who registers an account, activates a free test or purchases a subscription through imaxiptv.com. Placing an order confirms that you have read this page and accept it in full.
iMax IPTV operates from 12507 Nanton Dr, Philadelphia, PA 19154, United States. Our infrastructure is United States based and our subscriber base is concentrated in the United States, although the service can be used from anywhere with a suitable internet connection.
Accounts are available to adults aged 18 and over. By registering you confirm that you meet that age requirement, that the information you supply is accurate, and that you are authorised to use the payment method presented at checkout.
We reserve the right to verify age or identity where a payment is flagged by our processor, and to close any account found to belong to a minor.
An iMax subscription provides time limited access credentials and a defined number of simultaneous connections. Access currently covers upwards of 20,000 live channels and more than 40,000 films and series drawn from United States, United Kingdom, Canadian and international sources, in SD, HD and UHD where the originating stream supports that resolution.
Content availability is not static. Feeds are renamed, merged, replaced or withdrawn by the parties that supply them, and sporting rights change hands between seasons. The lineup published on the day of purchase describes the service at that moment; it is a description, not a warranty for the whole term.
Every subscription includes a base allocation of simultaneous connections. Additional connections, up to a maximum of five in total, are available as paid add ons and are not included by default with any plan.
Attempting to stream on more devices than your allocation permits results in an automatic block on the excess sessions. Persistent attempts are treated as a policy breach under Section 6.
Prospective customers may request a 35 hour test at no cost and without submitting payment details. The test exists so that compatibility, playback quality and channel coverage can be verified before money changes hands.
Test access is limited to one per household. Where a customer requests repeat tests using alternate email addresses, telephone numbers, payment identities or devices, we may decline further tests and refuse subsequent orders.
Credentials are issued for private, non commercial viewing within a single household. The following are prohibited:
We may suspend or terminate an account where we identify credential sharing, restreaming, commercial exhibition, fraudulent payment activity, chargebacks initiated without prior contact, abuse directed at support staff, or conduct that degrades service quality for other subscribers.
Where a termination follows a deliberate breach, unused subscription time is forfeited and no refund is due. Where an account has been suspended in error, contact support and we will restore it and extend the term to cover the downtime.
Playback quality depends on factors outside our control: available bandwidth, line stability, router quality, network congestion in your building or neighbourhood, the age and decoding capability of your device, the player application you have chosen, and the route between you and the nearest delivery node.
We maintain United States based servers and monitor them continuously. No provider of internet delivered television can guarantee uninterrupted transmission. Scheduled maintenance, upstream supplier faults, regional carrier outages and demand surges around major sporting events may cause temporary interruption.
VPN and proxy connections are permitted. Many subscribers outside the United States use one as a matter of routine.
A VPN may not be used to defeat a restriction applied to your account, to disguise a breach of this agreement, or to obtain content you are not lawfully entitled to view where you are. Note also that VPN routing adds latency and can itself cause buffering; support will ask you to test on a direct connection before investigating a quality complaint.
Internet access, mobile data and any overage charges arising from streaming are your responsibility. UHD and 4K streams consume substantial bandwidth. Customers on metered or capped connections should confirm their allowance before subscribing.
Prices are published in United States dollars. Current rates are 13 per month, 30 per quarter, 50 per half year, 80 per year and 150 for two years. Payment is accepted by debit and credit card, PayPal, CashApp and cryptocurrency through our United States payment infrastructure.
Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless auto renewal is enabled by the account holder. A renewal reminder is issued before expiry.
We may revise prices, plan structures, add on pricing, accepted payment methods and delivery arrangements at any time. Revisions apply to new orders and renewals only and never alter a term already paid for.
The iMax IPTV name, logo, site design, application, written content, imagery, code and support documentation are our property and may not be reproduced, cloned or republished.
Broadcaster names, network logos, league and team marks, studio names, film titles and device brands referenced on this website remain the property of their respective owners and are used descriptively only.
iMax IPTV is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including missed broadcasts, lost recordings or expenditure incurred because a stream was unavailable. Aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the sum paid for the subscription term in which the claim arose.
This agreement is revised when our service, plans or obligations change. The revision date appears at the top of the
page. Continued use of the service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
